This announcement is being initiated as required by TMPO’s Public Participation Plan (PPP) to provide
public notification of changes that have been requested to be made to the 2008 FTIP. This announcement
was publicly released November 10, 2009. Written public comments will be accepted through
December 10, 2009.

Members of the public will have two opportunities in July to comment on the proposed 30-mile Stateline-to-Stateline Bikeway along the east shore of Lake Tahoe.
